Quantum Energy in Aisle 1
One day I went to the grocery store with my Mother just like any other day. I typically eat healthy and do my best to avoid certain things. However I was towards the end of my second trimester and things varied day to day as far as what I might be tempted to eat when it came to cravings. For whatever reason when we walked down the snack aisle, I noticed a crisp white box of Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies. I hadn’t eaten them in years, so that was my excuse for considering leaving with them that day. As my Mother and I were headed towards the front of the store she stopped to grab one last item. I stood off to the side of the large area and grabbed the Oatmeal pies and stared at the box.

I then proceeded to flip the box over and begin reading the ingredients which contained more than a few I couldn’t pronounce. I was reminded quickly why I’d stopped eating them years ago and at that exact moment a man approached me. He says “I used to eat things like that. You know half the things that are actually in there, they don’t even put on the box. He was a middle-aged man; he spoke very humbly. He added, “ I used to weigh over 200 pounds. I really disciplined myself and lost around 70 plus pounds. That stuff isn’t good for you.”
I smiled as I listened intently to his story as we stood there in the middle of the market with all the hustle and bustle. I thanked him for convincing me in making the right choice. He continued further into the store, disappearing just as quickly as he appeared to complete his shopping. I stood there replaying the encounter in my mind. This man felt compelled to speak his truth to me. He was kind; he spoke plain.. so honest. It was as if this message had been sent through him to be delivered directly to me, like a spiritual channel. It was so intentional and I couldn’t help but feel like I’d manifested the spiritual assistance subconsciously to assist me in making the correct choice. I know what you’re wondering, and of course I didn’t get the oatmeal cream pies. When leaving I proceeded to return the shopping cart to the coral and the man appeared of course out of thin air. It literally seemed as if he came out of nowhere, the interesting thing is I knew I would see him when I began returning the cart. He asked, “ Did you get the Oatmeal Pies?” I replied, “ No, I didn’t.” He said “Great.” I told him it was nice meeting him; I noticed he was going to say something else but of course cut off by some distractions in the parking lot. So I placed the cart back and waved goodbye.

Sea Salt

1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 pound dried black eyed peas, sorted, rinsed, and soaked for 8 hours
4 cups veggie broth, or 4 cups water

Add the black-eyed peas, veggie broth and bay leaf. In a separate pan sear your veggie sausage then add to main pot.
Cover and bring to a light boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 40 minutes, or until the beans are tender and the broth has thickened. Prepare Okra by washing and cutting off the top tips. Add Okra to pot. (Sliced okra is fine, I’m just directing you how my mother prepared it :) )
Stir in the smoked paprika, coconut aminos and cayenne.
Remove from the heat and let the beans cool a bit.
I enjoy pairing these flavorful peas with some fluffy quinoa and gluten-free cornbread.
Irish Moss Sunrise Smoothie
Serves 8 oz | 15 Mins
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Strawberry
1/3 Cup Mango
1/3 Cup Berries (Blackberries or Blueberries)
1 Banana *(ripened)
Coconut Milk or Oat Milk* (vegan milk alternative can be used or spring water)
1 tsp of Irish Moss powder
Directions
Begin by adding the milk to your blender, followed by the banana. Add the rest of the fruit. Frozen or fresh fruit works well when making a smoothie however frozen fruit will result in a wonderful creamy consistency. I like to blend for about 2 mins, until smooth. I then add the Irish Moss powder, I pulse about 2 times then blend for another minute and it’s done! I know you’ll enjoy this simple yet healthy and delicious smoothie.

Signs & Symbols
It seems everything reduces down to numbers and letters—the fabric of our communication from the beginning of time. The ultimate code of this reality. Numerology, angel numbers, running numbers, gambling, intuition. As I’m writing this article, the time is 10:10 PM, which has caught my eye for the second time today. 1010 symbolizes manifestation, being in alignment, spiritual awakening, new beginnings, and following your heart. It can also mean you’re not living up to your fullest potential. Numerology is one of the most powerful spiritual tools, mastered by some but completely unknown to many, how is one of the world’s most ancient forms of language is seen as moments of coincidence versus valid useful information? Numbers are the language of our universe and this matrix. There simply aren’t logical explanations for everything. For example, is it simply a coincidence that I see the number 1120, my birth date on the clock every day for a couple of days in a row? What is being communicated to me and from whom or what? Is it my future self or higher self? Is it my spirit guides, ancestors, or the Creator? Is it all of those combined? I do believe my attention is drawn to it and made to notice these significant times on the clock. It’s said to take notice of your thoughts at the moment you see spiritual numbers and see how your thoughts are relevant to a higher or lower vibration.
The basis of understanding numerology breaks down to: 1 - Beginnings 2 - Balance 3 - Creativity 4 - Foundation 5 - Change 6 - Harmony 7 - Spirituality 8 - Manifestation 9 - Wisdom
I'm sure some of you’ve paid for something at the grocery store or went to get gas and $11.11 is the total or your change back. Or you're driving down the street and the name of the street sign is your name or something symbolic related to you or your life. There's a commercial on TV and the actor is wearing a Superman shirt, and that is your favorite theme music when manifesting during meditation. There are so many numerology and symbolic scenarios we may experience unique to us that the possibilities are endless. I love sharing these instances with family as these types of stores are not always taken seriously or received well. We truly are amazed at how this type of spiritual communication works.
Have you experienced the wondrous phenomenon of numerology or symbols in your life? Have you found it to be a simple coincidence or used it as a spiritual tool in your life? How did it enhance or assist you?
The Spirit of Animals
My family has always been a lover of animals. I can remember growing up as a child and always being surrounded by some kind of animal spirit. One of my earliest memories is of a small black kitten my mother had gotten for me. I remember I loved him so much even as a young child as I was I still felt a spiritual connection to the kitten. Which is why I truly believe I remember him to this day. Later we had more dogs. All were so loving and kind, they only wished to be loved nothing more. Animals being domesticated have ancient beginnings of assistance with farming, travel or heavy lifting. Which many would say was out of necessity and that they were created for our use. I often wonder what life would’ve been like for them had they been wild and free. To intervene in their lives we must ensure we do nothing but enrich it and give them peace.
Spirit Animals are so complex and intelligent that their destiny of pulling carts, children at fairs and playing catch with the family seems to lack fulfillment. There are amoeba smaller than the human eye can recognize and they serve a huge purpose within the sea biochemistry; no one would know they exist. Carnivorous predatory animals consume pounds of flesh from other animals and it's simply the circle of life. I'm simply stating if a human chooses to be in an animal’s life that total enrichment be the only purpose otherwise that spirit animal should be left free to exist without any human interference. I feel more harm than good has been done for the sake of science through observation and study. I understand we desire to learn from them and observe to do so but why is it that respect for animals becomes secondary to science?
Animals are conscious beings. I’m sure you know that already if you’ve owned a dog or cat. It’s clear they’re aware of themselves, make decisions, are emotionally aware and observe us and can read our human emotions and interact with their environment. Yes their consciousness may be different from ours as they are truly one with the Earth at all times. They aren’t plugged into the matrix. Perhaps our consciousness would differ as well. A group of people that live in a remote tribe think quite differently versus a family in the heart of a tourist bustling big city. Humans tend to measure everything in a measure of ourselves but if a being from another galaxy visited us they may actually choose your dog or cat as the conscious one. There’s a lot to be learned from animals however what is it all for if we continue treating their habitats and our habitat, the Earth as a landfill? The next time you cross paths with a dog, insect or bird, if you connect eyes, send positive energy. Think what it must be like from their perspective living in a world of humans. If you’re a pet owner what are you exposing them to, what is their quality of life, how can we as humans make a difference?

Unlocking Consciousness in Your Dreams: Exploring the Astral Dimension
What is your level of consciousness in your dreams? Have you ever flown throughout the starry night sky? Do you have the ability to read the title of a book or even the pages inside? Have you had an intentional conversation with someone? Yes, all of this is possible. Some say they don’t dream at all, while others say they simply can’t remember their dreams. Yet, there are those among us who have tapped into our spiritual abilities to be fully conscious in the dream realm. We’ve become aware of ourselves and our spiritual presence in the dream realm, and this awareness is the root of what allows us to trust ourselves outside of our bodies. In fact, we are more powerful in this realm because the earthly laws that inhibit our physical bodies don’t exist in the spiritual dimensions. Once we begin to train our astral body to remain conscious when outside of our physical body, we then have the ability to lucid dream. This grants us control over our decisions and reveals that we actually have choice in this state of being.

This grants us control over our decisions and reveals that we actually have choice in this state of being.
Our dreams are not merely random replays of daily tasks or activities. They are part of a complex inner and outer subconscious spiritual network known as the Astral Dimension—a non-physical world where we can choose to be either the passenger or the driver. In this realm, other spiritual beings can travel freely. They may be ancestors, people we’ve yet to meet, family, or even higher beings. However, the beliefs we hold about ourselves act as the only laws we place on us while in this state. These beliefs determine who shows up in our dreams as well as the places we have access to.
As we explore the Astral Dimension, we simultaneously journey within our physical bodies. There is much to be discovered in the Astral, as we come to realize that it has no end—it is infinite in possibilities. Through practices such as meditation, mental exercise, and knowledge of self, we gain access to this ability. Although astral travel may not overtly be viewed as a superpower, once we truly experience waking in that world with full consciousness, we understand otherwise. It is through this journey that we unlock the true potential of our consciousness in both the physical and spiritual realms.
Interpreting Dream Symbolism:
In addition to exploring the Astral Dimension, our dreams often serve as a canvas for symbolic representations of our innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Symbols such as animals, objects, and landscapes may carry profound meanings that offer insight into our subconscious mind. By paying attention to these symbols and interpreting them within the context of our lives, we can gain valuable guidance and clarity on our journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
Cultivating Mindfulness in Daily Life:
The integration of spiritual practices into our daily lives plays a crucial role in shaping the content and quality of our dreams. By cultivating mindfulness through practices such as meditation, yoga, and journaling, we create a deeper sense of awareness and presence in our waking hours. This heightened state of consciousness naturally extends into our dream experiences, allowing us to navigate the dream realm with clarity, intention, and purpose.
Embracing the Journey of Self-Discovery:
Ultimately, our exploration of consciousness in dreams is a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. By embracing the mysteries of the Astral Dimension and delving into the depths of our subconscious mind, we uncover hidden truths, release limiting beliefs, and unlock the infinite potential within ourselves. Through this journey, we come to realize that our dreams are not just fleeting experiences—they are profound gateways to the soul, offering us the opportunity to connect with our higher selves and the boundless wisdom of the universe.
Candle Magic Meditation: Harnessing the Power of Intention
Candle magic is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of intention, visualization, and focused energy to manifest desired outcomes. The flame of the candle serves as a focal point for concentration, amplifying the energy of your intentions and sending them out into the universe.
Introduction:
Welcome to the transformative practice of Candle Magic Meditation, where the gentle flicker of a candle flame becomes a conduit for manifesting your deepest intentions. In this pamphlet, we'll explore how you can incorporate candle magic into your meditation practice to cultivate inner peace, healing, and manifestation.
Understanding Candle Magic:
Candle magic is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of intention, visualization, and focused energy to manifest desired outcomes. The flame of the candle serves as a focal point for concentration, amplifying the energy of your intentions and sending them out into the universe.
Preparing for Candle Magic Meditation:
Begin by creating a sacred space for your meditation practice. Choose a quiet area where you won't be disturbed and set the mood with soft lighting and calming music if desired. Select a candle that resonates with your intention—whether it's for healing, forgiveness, love, or any other goal you wish to manifest.
The Candle Magic Meditation Process:
Setting Intentions: Take a few moments to center yourself and set a clear intention for your meditation session. What do you wish to manifest or release? Hold your intention firmly in your mind as you prepare to light the candle. Lighting the Candle: With focused intention, light the candle and observe the flame as it dances before you. Allow yourself to become fully present in the moment, letting go of any distractions or worries. Visualization: As you gaze into the flame, visualize your intention coming to fruition. Imagine yourself surrounded by the energy of your desire, feeling its presence with every breath you take. Visualize yourself living the reality of your intention, feeling the emotions associated with its fulfillment. Affirmations: Speak affirmations aloud or silently that are aligned with your intention. Repeat positive statements that reinforce your belief in the manifestation of your desire. Let these affirmations resonate deeply within you, knowing that they are guiding you toward your goal. Meditative Focus: Continue to focus on the candle flame, allowing its gentle glow to soothe your mind and uplift your spirit. If your thoughts wander, gently bring your focus back to the flame and your intention. Gratitude and Release: Express gratitude for the manifestation of your intention as if it has already come to pass. Release any attachment to the outcome and trust in the divine timing of the universe.
Conclusion:
As you conclude your Candle Magic Meditation, take a moment to thank yourself for dedicating time to your spiritual practice. Blow out the candle with a sense of reverence, knowing that the energy of your intention has been sent out into the universe. Carry the feelings of peace, empowerment, and possibility with you as you move forward on your journey. Remember, the power to manifest your desires lies within you—let the flame of your intention guide you toward your dreams.
At Peace With It All
Over the years I've experienced so many beautiful moments in my life and so many chaotic less desirable ones. However, that's the balance right? Were those moments just as beautiful but simply experiences on the other side of the spectrum? When I look back and step outside of myself to have a bird's eye view I realize these experiences were meant to be had. There isn't one person to blame (unless they cursed our entire lineage) because it was a long succession of our ancestors' choices, and emotions that lead us to be here to have this very moment in time. Now I can say I have gratitude for it all but that wasn't always my opinion.

Before I understood my purpose and accepted the role I played in my life and how to take responsibility as the director, I couldn't understand why It was possible for me to experience these sort of situations in my life. I felt I was a good person; I helped others and that was the basis as to what kind of life I'd experience, specifically what my experiences would be with my family, friends and relationships. I couldn't have been further from my correct understanding. Morality had nothing to do with it. There are billionaires, people with immense power and influence who aren’t the greatest morality wise and have “great lives” well monetarily anyway.
The belief that solely being good, balanced or wholesome prevents you from experiencing effects from unwise decisions whether they’re yours or someone around you isn’t the case. It’s very similar to the law wherein your association with parties who committed a crime has landed some in very precarious situations. So it leads me to wonder: can our parents, grandparents or ancestors of our bloodline affect our experience here on earth to a certain extent? I mean they are us and we are them. Perhaps this is why great ancient cultures lived very traditional lives because it had been proven this was the correct way to live and have a higher probability of success in all aspects of our life. I’ve also come to realize there’s no competition in suffering or trauma. You don’t receive a ribbon for having a harder struggle than the next soul. Making it to the top of your mountain after experiencing those struggles is what gets you “the ribbon.” In fact it’s greater than a ribbon. You will receive your peace. You will stop asking why this or that happened and start living. No one can free you, you must free yourself and heal. So have that ugly cry, shed the tears from when you were your child self. Scream, yell to the heavens. Use it as your empowerment to release the pain and replace it with breath, oxygen, joy and then repeat. Speak to yourself kindly. Tell yourself, “ I love you, you are enough, you are beautiful.” You will be at peace.
